We purchased our engagement and wedding ring at Spencer Morgan 10 years ago, the service was excellent then. Now 10 years on and having been back several times to have the rings cleaned we popped in today to ask to have the rings slightly enlarged, Spencer was excellent returning the rings only 2 hours later enlarged and polished looking like new. The service is always excellent and the staff always friendly we wouldn't go anywhere else.

A fabulous family owned jewellers in the heart of Swansea. My parents have been buying jewellery from Spencer for many years, so it was only natural that when it was my time to get engaged, my partner paid Spencer a visit. My ring was bespoke and everyone I meet comments on it. It’s beyond beautiful - to me it is anyway! We have just purchased our weddings bands from Spencer too. Once again, mine was custom made to match my engagement ring. Every time I pop in, my ring is cleaned and comes out looking brand new each time. Exceptional service and exceptional products. Would recommend Spencer Morgan to anyone :)

I took a family heirloom ring in to be enlarged and Mr Morgan explained what he would do and the risks involved with such an old piece of jewellery. Happily, he completed the job on time and to the price agreed. I would have no hesitation in using this service again.

We wouldn't consider going anywhere else for jewellery. Outstanding service, quality and a really lovely man. We bought my wife's engagement and wedding rings here, and Mr Morgan Jones has helped with sizing and cleaning a number of times. He's also changed the size of another vintage ring for us. The ladies in the shop are incredibly helpful. Spending time in the shop is a delight. We could not recommend this shop enough. The best in Swansea bar none.
